WARDOGS skin changer questions: are cosmetic changes always visible to other players?

Quick question about skin changers in games.

When a third-party tool changes how a weapon or character looks on your own screen, does that automatically mean other players see the same thing?

I'm guessing local visual changes and actual server-side inventory changes are two different things, but I've seen people confuse them.

Also, would cosmetic modifications be allowed under the game's rules? Seems like something worth checking before messing around with it.

Local visual change doesn't automatically mean the server changed your inventory.

Exactly. What you see on your screen and what the game records are not necessarily the same thing.

I'd read the rules before assuming cosmetic means harmless. The game's policy is what matters.

The funniest thing is when people spend ages making something look different locally and then discover nobody else sees it.

OP here. Makes sense. I was mainly curious about the difference between a visual change and an actual inventory change.
